Company Share Option definition

Company Share Option means any option to purchase Company Shares granted under the Company’s 2013 Equity Incentive Plan.
Company Share Option means each option to purchase Company Shares that is outstanding immediately prior to the Effective Time, whether vested or unvested.
Company Share Option has the meaning set forth in Section 2.4(b).

More Definitions of Company Share Option

Company Share Option means any option to acquire Company Ordinary Shares [or Company ADSs] outstanding under the Company Equity Plans including, for the avoidance of doubt, market priced options);

  • Company Stock Option means any option to purchase Company Common Stock granted under any Company Stock Plan.
