Company Securities definition

Company Securities has the meaning set forth in Section 3.02(b)(ii).
Company Securities means (i) the Common Stock, (ii) securities convertible into or exchangeable for Common Stock and (iii) any options, warrants or other rights to acquire Common Stock.
Company Securities has the meaning set forth in Section 2.4(c)(i).

  • To the extent that amounts are so deducted or withheld and timely paid to the applicable Governmental Authority in accordance with applicable Law, such deducted or withheld amounts shall be treated for all purposes of this Agreement as having been paid, issued or transferred to the holder of the Company Securities (or intended recipients) in respect of which such deduction and withholding was made.
