Company Savings Plan definition

Company Savings Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 6.1(b).

Company Savings Plan means the eFunds Corporation 401(k) Employees' Savings Plan as in effect and amended from time-to-time.

More Definitions of Company Savings Plan

Company Savings Plan means the defined contribution plan which shall be established by Company after the Effective Date for the benefit of certain eligible employees.
