Company Resources definition

Company Resources means all equipment, communications devices, databases, services, systems and other resources that Company maintains or operates in Company’s or its third party hosting provider’s locations and which enable Company to access and use the Services.
Company Resources means the Advertising Inventories, as well as any other digital and/or offline inventory owned by the Company and/or its Subsidiaries and used to provide the Company Services;
Company Resources is defined in Section 4.2(m).

Examples of Company Resources in a sentence

  • This assignment does not apply to Intellectual Property that meets all of the following criteria: (i) no Company Resources were used in its creation; (ii) the Intellectual Property was developed entirely on Participants own time; (iii) at the time of conception or reduction to practice the Intellectual Property does not relate to Company’s business, actual or anticipated research or development; and (iv) the Intellectual Property does not result from any work performed by Participant for Company.

  • Except as expressly provided herein, the University assumes no liability for any damage to Company Resources or items of personal property of any kind.

  • The Company will defend, indemnify and hold the University harmless from any claim, suit, loss, cost, damage, liability or expense arising out of Company’s performance or actions under this Agreement, the Company’s use of any information, results, or deliverables, University’s use of Company Resources for the purposes provided by Company, and/or claims by or relating to Company Staff.

  • Upon completion of the Project or termination of the Agreement, any and all Company Resources not consumed as part of the Project will be returned to the Company, unless the parties otherwise agree.

  • In the event the performance of the Project requires use of resources to be provided by Company, such as materials, devices, equipment, samples, software, intellectual property, or documentation ("Company Resources"), Company shall provide Company Resources in such quantities to allow University to perform the Project.

  • Company acknowledges that the Tokens will be formatted in Elavon’s reasonable discretion and may not be compatible with other Company Resources.

  • Company hereby grants University a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use Company Resources for the sole purpose of performing the Project.

  • All Company Resources shall be used, stored and maintained at University solely with the express written permission of the Project Director and at Company's own risk.

  • This Agreement shall supersede any prior agreement between the parties related to Company Resources.

  • Any IP created by you while you are an employee that either uses Company Resources or is related to the present or anticipated future commercial interests of ModelCo belongs to ModelCo (“Company Intellectual Property” or “Company IP”), whether or not the IP is related to your specific job duties.


More Definitions of Company Resources

Company Resources has the meaning set forth in Section 2.11(d).
Company Resources include any actions taken or items produced (1) under ModelCo’s direction, (2) in connection with your employment by ModelCo, (3) for use by ModelCo, (4) during your working hours as a ModelCo employee, (5) to be used in conjunction with ModelCo products or services, or (6) using ModelCo equipment or services.
