Company Resources means all equipment, communications devices, databases, services, systems and other resources that Company maintains or operates in Company’s or its third party hosting provider’s locations and which enable Company to access and use the Services.

  • economic resources means assets of every kind, whether tangible or intangible, movable or immovable, which are not funds, but may be used to obtain funds, goods or services;

  • Energy Resource means a generating facility that is not a Capacity Resource.

Renewable energy resource does not include petroleum, nuclear, natural gas, or coal.   • COVID-19 Measures means any quarantine, “shelter in place,” “stay at home,” workforce reduction, social distancing, shut down, closure, sequester or any other Law, directive, guidelines or recommendations by any Governmental Authority (including the Centers for Disease Control and the World Health Organization) in each case in connection with, related to or in response to COVID-19, including the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act (CARES) or any changes thereto.

  • Renewable energy system means a fixture, product, device, or interacting group of fixtures, products, or devices on the customer's side of the meter that use 1 or more renewable energy resources to generate electricity. Renewable energy system includes a biomass stove but does not include an incinerator or digester.

  • Wildlife officer means any individual authorized by a participating state to issue a citation for a wildlife violation.
