Company Regulations definition

Company Regulations means the Company Regulations 2019 of the DMCCA;
Company Regulations means the Amended Code of Regulations of the Company, dated September 15, 2016, as amended on August 9, 2019, and as the same may be further amended, supplemented or restated.
Company Regulations means the Regulations of a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1963 (Act 179);

  • The Company shall take, in accordance with applicable Law, the Company Articles of Incorporation and the Company Regulations, all action necessary to convene and hold an annual or special meeting of its shareholders (the "Company Shareholders' Meeting") as promptly as practicable for the purpose of obtaining the Requisite Shareholder Approval.

  • The Company has heretofore furnished to Parent a complete and correct copy of the Company Articles of Incorporation and the Code of Regulations of the Company (the "Company Regulations").


More Definitions of Company Regulations

Company Regulations means the Code of Regulations of the Company as of the date of this Agreement.
Company Regulations means the Company Regulations 2019 of the DMCCA; "Day" means a calendar day (and Days shall be interpreted accordingly); "DMCC" means Dubai Multi Commodities Centre;
Company Regulations means those rules and regulations set forth in Schedule A to these Regulations regarding the incorporation, share capital, management and administration, merger and division, supervision and investigation, and winding-up of Companies.
