Company Redemption Price definition

Company Redemption Price means, with respect to this Note upon a Company Redemption, a cash amount equal to the greater of (A) the Principal Amount of this Note and (B) the then applicable Minimum Return amount in effect at such time multiplied by the then outstanding Stated Principal Amount of this Note to be so redeemed, in each case of clause (A) and clause (B), plus accrued and uncapitalized interest on this Note.
Company Redemption Price means the cash price payable by the Company to redeem this Note pursuant to Section 7(A)(ii).
Company Redemption Price means the consideration payable by the Company to redeem any share of Convertible Preferred Stock upon its Redemption, calculated pursuant to Section 6(d).

Examples of Company Redemption Price in a sentence

  • If the Company elects to redeem the Note in accordance with Section 8(a), then the Company Redemption Price, if any, which is to be paid to the Holder, shall be paid, by wire transfer of immediately available funds, an amount in cash equal to 100% of the Company Redemption Price.

  • For all payments under this Note, the payment of the Company Redemption Price by the Company shall be in addition to any accrued interest due.

More Definitions of Company Redemption Price

Company Redemption Price means the sum of (i) the outstanding principal amount of this Debenture plus (ii) all other amounts, interest and liquidated damages due in respect of this Debentures.
Company Redemption Price means a cash amount equal to one hundred and two point five percent (102.5%) of the Principal Amount then outstanding, plus accrued and unpaid interest.
