COMPANY PUBLICATIONS means the newspapers and related publications published by or on behalf of the Company as of February 14, 2003, and, for greater certainty, shall not include any newspapers and related publications published by or on behalf of the Company as a result of the Company amalgamating with Osprey Media Group or any third party;
COMPANY PUBLICATIONS has the meaning set forth in Section 3.20.
