Company Prospectus definition

Company Prospectus means the prospectus relating to the Shares that is used in connection with the offering and sale of the Equity Trust Securities and that is first filed pursuant to Rule 424(b) after the Execution Time or, if no filing pursuant to Rule 424(b) is required, shall mean the form of final prospectus relating to the Shares that is used in connection with such offering and sale and that is included in the Company Registration Statement at the Company Effective Date.
Company Prospectus means, collectively, the Prospectus dated November 5, 1996 and the Prospectus Supplement dated January 31, 1997 relating to the shares of Company Common Stock to be offered to the Subscriber, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit A.
Company Prospectus has the meaning set out in paragraph 11 of Part A of Schedule 1.
