Company Proprietary Rights means all patents, patent applications, inventions, trademarks, trade names, applications for registration of trademarks, service marks, service xxxx applications, copyrights, know-how, manufacturing processes, formulae, trade secrets, licenses and rights in any thereof and any other intangible property and assets which are material to the businesses of the Company and the Subsidiaries as now conducted, as proposed to be conducted or as described in this Agreement.
Company Proprietary Rights means all Proprietary Rights owned, licensed or otherwise used by the Company in the operation of its business.
