Company Products and Services means the products and services offered, manufactured, distributed, licensed or sold by the Company or any Company Subsidiary as of the date hereof.
Company Products and Services means all products and/or services provided directly by Company; • “3rd–Parties” include all advertisers, partners and affiliate vendors that are included on, or linked to, the Company web site(s).

Notwithstanding the above restrictions, the Operating Company and its Subsidiaries may offer the Operating Company Products and Services to commercial partners who bundle and sell the Operating Company Products and Services with products and services which constitute or are similar to the Restricted Services.
Company’s Confidential Information includes, but is not limited to, any non-public information Partner has access to through the Partner community; Company Products and Services, and Customer data to which Partner has access through Company’s system by virtue of participating in the Partner Program.
Partner shall not market Company Products and Services into countries under U.S. embargo or to individuals on U.S. government denied parties lists.
The effect they have on the companies means that the announcement of purchase by large investors or presence of these corporations increases the price of the shares of this company (Shivdasani, 1993).
For purposes of this covenant, the term “Business” shall mean developing, producing, manufacturing, providing, soliciting orders for, selling, distributing, or marketing Company Products and Services in any state of the United States of America in which Employer does business.
More Definitions of Company Products and Services
Company Products and Services means any cancer immunotherapy T-cell vaccines and related applications (i) which the Applicable Entities currently and reasonably anticipate developing, producing, designing, providing, marketing, distributing or selling as of the date of the termination of Executive’s employment with the Company, (ii) which the Applicable Entities develop, produce, design, provide, market or distribute while Executive is employed by the Applicable Entities or is otherwise providing services to the Applicable Entities, or (iii) that compete with any of the products and services of the Applicable Entities referenced in (i) or (ii) above. For the purpose of defining and enforcing this covenant, the competitors of the Applicable Entities will be identified at the time the Company seeks enforcement of this covenant. This determination shall be based on the then-existing market area of the Applicable Entities at the time enforcement of this covenant is sought. Notwithstanding the foregoing, investment by the Executive constituting less than five percent (5%) of the outstanding securities in a publicly-traded entity that may compete with the Applicable Entities shall not constitute a violation of this Section 7(a) as long as the Executive is not actively involved in such entity’s business.
Company Products and Services means all material products and services (not including insignificant ones) commercially offered, sold, licensed, or otherwise provided commercially by Company and its subsidiaries to third parties within one year immediately preceding, or currently as of, the Closing Date.

Company Products and Services means any novel antibiotics used to treat infectious diseases and an intranasal vaccine to prevent coronavirus disease 2019 (“COVID-19”) from the SARS-CoV-2 virus and variants thereof, (i) which the Company or any of the Applicable Entities anticipate developing, producing, designing, providing, marketing, distributing or selling, (ii) which the Company or any Applicable Entities develop, produce, design, provide, market or distribute while Executive is employed by the Company or is otherwise providing services to the Company, or (iii) that compete with any of the products and services of the Company or Applicable Entities referenced in (i) or (ii) above. Company Products and Services means those proprietary products and services currently offered on the Company Site, which currently consists of project management solutions and platforms, applications, and any proprietary products or services as may be offered at a future date on the Company Site during the Term of this Agreement, including, but not limited to, Coras (SaaS), CorasNow (PaaS), CorasWorks (Application). “Company Products and Services” does not include products and services offered by third parties on or through the Company Site.
