Company Persons definition

Company Persons means any future, current or former officer, director, manager, member, member of management employee, consultant or independent contractor of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

Company Persons means Xxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxx Xxxxxxxxx and Xxxxxx Xxxxx.

Company Persons has the meaning set forth in Section 4.8(a).

Examples of Company Persons in a sentence

• Company Persons must keep confidential any details of the investigation, its progress or its outcome.

• The Authorised Officer will take reasonable steps to maintain processes to monitor the welfare of Company Persons who have made complaints under this Policy to ensure the effectiveness of the protections under the Policy.

More Definitions of Company Persons

Company Persons means the Company Group and its Affiliates and its and their Agents.

Company Persons means (a) each consultant or independent contractor of any of the Companies who is a natural person and is paid compensation in excess of (one hundred thousand Reais (R$100,000.00) per annum; and (b) each director, officer and employee of any of the Companies.

Company Persons means those employees, consultants, managing directors and advisers of the Company who have in the past been or are engaged in the development of intellectual property, in particular intellectual property regarding or which may be used for Expandable Catheter Pumps;

Company Persons means those employees, consultants, managing directors and advisers of the Company who have in the past been or are engaged in the Business, including those engaged in design, development, animal or clinical testing, obtaining regulatory approval, manufacture, quality assurance, distribution or sale of any Product;

Company Persons has the meaning set forth in Section 12.3.6.

Company Persons means (i) Company Employees, (ii) Former Employees and (iii) their respective spouses and dependents to the extent any such spouse or dependent participates in any Xxxxxx Employee Plan or Seller Plan immediately prior to the Closing Date.

Company Persons means the Company and each of its Subsidiaries, collectively.
