Company Owned Facilities definition

Company Owned Facilities shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.17(a).
Company Owned Facilities means (i) the electric generation ------------------------ facilities and related assets owned by the Company or any of its Affiliates and not sold to the Owner Lessor that are located on the Facility Site, including but not limited to the Company Shared Facilities, and (ii) any Additional Facility at any time owned or operated by the Company or an Additional Owner on the Additional Facility Site or othewise.

Company Owned Facilities - The Company will normally install, own, operate and maintain all distribution facilities on the supply side of the point of attachment as shown on the Company's Standard Drawings, including metering equipment.

Notwithstanding anything herein contained to the contrary, it is expressly understood and agreed that the Shared Facilities shall be made available for the use and benefit of the Owner Lessor Owned Facilities and the Company Owned Facilities on a nondiscriminatory basis, and all rights of the other Party hereunder shall be subject to all reasonable operational, environmental and safety rules and procedures required by the applicable Permitted User.

Related to Company Owned Facilities

Related facilities means any ancillary facilities owned by the Company which are —
Railroad facilities means right of way and related
Associated Facilities means all associated track structures, over and under track structures, supports (including supports for equipment or items associated with the use of the Network), tunnels, bridges, train control systems, signalling systems, communication systems and associated plant, machinery and equipment from time to time but only to the extent that such assets are related to or connected with the Network but does not include any sidings or yards;
Public facilities means major capital improvements, including, but not limited to, transportation, sanitary sewer, solid waste, drainage, potable water, educational, parks and recreational, and health systems and facilities.
Common Facilities – means all facilities which form part of the estate, intended for the shared use of all tenants in the estate, which may include all or any of a clubhouse, gate house, gym, swimming pool, tennis courts and such additional facilities (whichever may find application in the estate) as the landlord, developer, HOA or scheme may determine from time to time;
Wastewater Facilities means the structures, equipment, and processes required to collect, carry away, and treat domestic and industrial wastes and dispose of the effluent.
Segregated facilities, as used in this provision, means any waiting rooms, work areas, rest rooms and wash rooms, restaurants and other eating areas, time clocks, locker rooms and other storage or dressing areas, parking lots, drinking fountains, recreation or entertainment areas, transportation, and housing facilities provided for employees, that are segregated by explicit directive or are in fact segregated on the basis of race, color, religion, or national origin because of habit, local custom, or otherwise.
Existing Facilities means, collectively, the Existing Servicing Advance Facilities, the Existing Warehouse Facilities and the Existing MSR Facilities.
Common Areas and Facilities means those areas, facilities, improvements, installations and equipment in or around the Building existing from time to time that: (i) are neither rented nor designated nor intended by the Landlord to be rented: and (ii) are provided or designated from time to time by the Landlord for use in common by the Landlord, the Tenant, other tenants of the Building or their sublessees, agents, employees, customers, invitees or licensees, whether or not those areas are open to the general public or to all tenants of the Building including, without limitation, the Building Systems, entrances, lobbies, access and service corridors, stairways, indoor and outdoor walkways (both open and enclosed), malls, courts and arcades (both open and enclosed), public seating areas and facilities, public washrooms, indoor and outdoor landscaping and landscaped areas, passageways or tunnels leading to any public walkway or other facilities or to other buildings or concourses, mailrooms, electrical, telecommunications, cable, meter, valve, mechanical, storage and janitor rooms, telecommunication and electrical risers, shipping and receiving areas and loading docks, package or passenger pick-up areas, waste disposal or recycling facilities, parking facilities, driveways, laneways and ramps and sidewalks, parks and other municipal facilities for which the Landlord directly or indirectly is subject to obligations in its capacity as owner of the Building or an interest in it, all as may be altered, expanded, reduced, reconstructed or relocated from time to time.
Shared Facilities means the gen-tie lines, transformers, substations, or other equipment, permits, contract rights, and other assets and property (real or personal), in each case, as necessary to enable delivery of energy from the Facility (which is excluded from Shared Facilities) to the point of interconnection, including the Interconnection Agreement itself, that are used in common with third parties.
Permitted Facility means a facility authorized by the general permit to discharge total nitrogen or total phosphorus. For the sole purpose of generating point source nitrogen credits or point source phosphorus credits, "permitted facility" shall also mean the Blue Plains wastewater treatment facility operated by the District of Columbia Water and Sewer Authority.
Interconnection Facilities means the facilities on SPD’s side of the Delivery Point for scheduling, transmitting and metering the electrical output in accordance with this Agreement and which shall include, without limitation, all other transmission lines and associated equipment, transformers, relay and switching equipment and protective devices, safety equipment and RTU, Data Transfer and Acquisition facilities for transmitting data subject to Article 7, the Metering System required for supply of power as per the terms of this Agreement;

Public facility means 1 or more of the following:
Idle facilities means completely unused facilities that are excess to the governmental unit's current needs.
Common Properties means and refer to those tracts of land with any improvements thereon which are deeded to the Association for the use and benefit of its members. The term "Common Properties" shall also include any personal property acquired by the Association if said property is designated as "Common Property." All Common Properties are to be devoted to and intended for the common use and enjoyment of the Owners, Residents and their guests (to the extent permitted by the Board of Directors of the Association) subject to fee schedules and operating guidelines.
Production facilities (7 9) means "production equipment" and specially designed software therefor integrated into installations for "development" or for one or more phases of "production".
Project site, where applicable, means the place indicated in bidding documents.
Facilities means any and all real property (including all buildings, fixtures or other improvements located thereon) now, hereafter or heretofore owned, leased, operated or used by Company or any of its Subsidiaries or any of their respective predecessors or Affiliates.
Physical facilities means the structure and interior surfaces of a FOOD ESTABLISHMENT including accessories such as soap and towel dispensers and attachments such as light fixtures and heating or air conditioning system vents.

Utility Facilities – means the plant, equipment and property, including but not limited to the poles, pipes, mains, conduits, ducts, cables, wires, plant and equipment located under, on or above the surface of the ground within the public rights-of-way of the Village and used or to be used for the purpose of providing utility or telecommunications services.
Public garage means every building or other place where vehicles or vessels are kept and stored and where a charge is made for the storage and keeping of vehicles and vessels.
Air navigation facility means any facility, other than one owned and operated by the United States, used in, available for use in, or designed for use in aid of air navigation, including any structures, mechanisms, lights, beacons, markers, communicating systems, or other instrumentalities or devices used or useful as an aid, or constituting an advantage or convenience to the safe taking off, navigation, and landing of aircraft, or the safe and efficient operation or maintenance of an airport, and any combination of any or all of such facilities.
Existing Properties means collectively the Hotel Properties listed on Schedule 1.01(b), and “Existing Property” means any of such Hotel Properties.
Project Facilities means those facilities of the system which will, in whole or in part, serve the purposes of this contract by conserving water and making it available for use in and above the Delta and for export from the Delta and from such additional facilities as are defined in Article 1(h)(2) herein, and by conveying water to the Agency. Said project facilities shall consist specifically of “project conservation facilities” and “project transportation facilities”, as hereinafter defined.
