Company Management Contract definition

Company Management Contract means any agreement to which the Company or any Subsidiary is a party providing for management, administrative or other services to be rendered in connection with the operation, administration, or supervision of any managed Company Facility, which contracts include as of the date of this Agreement, those Company Management Contracts listed in Section 3.l0(c) of the Company Disclosure Letter, true and correct copies of which have been made available to Purchaser prior to the execution of this Agreement the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged by Purchaser.
