Company Licensed Proprietary Rights definition

Company Licensed Proprietary Rights has the meaning given to it in Section 2.14(a)(i).
Company Licensed Proprietary Rights means Proprietary Rights owned by any Person other than the Company that are licensed to the Company or any Company Subsidiary.
