Examples of Company Leased Property in a sentence
Neither the Company nor any of its Subsidiaries is currently subleasing, licensing or otherwise granting any person the right to use or occupy a material portion of the Company Leased Property that would reasonably be expected to adversely affect the existing use of the Company Leased Real Property by the Company or its Subsidiaries in the operation of their business thereon.
The Company Leased Property is in good operating condition and repair and is suitable for the conduct of business as presently conducted therein.
The Company or applicable Subsidiary holds the leasehold estate in each Company Leased Property free and clear of all Liens except for Permitted Encumbrances.
