  • Neither the Company nor any of its Subsidiaries is currently subleasing, licensing or otherwise granting any person the right to use or occupy a material portion of the Company Leased Property that would reasonably be expected to adversely affect the existing use of the Company Leased Real Property by the Company or its Subsidiaries in the operation of their business thereon.
