Examples of Company Leased Properties in a sentence
All plants, warehouses, distribution centers, structures and other buildings situated on the Company Owned Properties and Company Leased Properties are in good condition and repair and are sufficient for the operation of Company’s business in the ordinary course consistent with past practice, normal wear and tear excepted, except, in each case, as would not be reasonably expected to have, individually or in the aggregate, a Company Material Adverse Effect.
All owned or leased tangible personal assets of Company and its Subsidiaries (other than the Company Owned Properties and Company Leased Properties) are in all material respects in good working order, repair and operating condition, other than rental fleet under repair or out of service in the ordinary course of business.
Company or its Subsidiaries have not subleased, licensed or otherwise granted any person the right to use or occupy the Company Leased Properties or any portion thereof.
Company or its applicable Subsidiary has a valid leasehold interest in all Company Leased Properties and is in possession of the properties purported to be leased thereunder, and each Lease is valid without default thereunder by the lessee or, to the knowledge of Company, the lessor.
Schedule 2.9 of the Company Disclosure Letter also identifies all real property leased by the Company and the Company Subsidiaries and used as showrooms, warehouses or office space (the "Company Leased Properties").
