Company Laws definition

Company Laws means the Companies Act and/or the Old Companies Act (where applicable);
Company Laws means Laws to the extent applicable to the Services that are (i) identified by Company or Supplier as being applicable to Company and (ii) applicable to the collection, use, storage, or transfer of Company Data including without limitation the Laws set forth in Exhibit 20 (Company Laws) (as modified from time-to-time in accordance with Section 9.2).
