Company Holidays. When a holiday falls on a Saturday, the preceding Friday shall be observed, and when a holiday falls on a Sunday the following Monday shall be observed. Whenever an employee's regular days off are other than Saturday and Sunday, the first day off within the work week shall be considered as Saturday and the second day off within the work week shall be considered as Sunday for the purpose of this Article. Related to Company Holidays

  • NERC Holidays means a holiday as defined by the North American Electric Reliability Corporation or any successor thereto.
