Company Government Contract definition

Company Government Contract means any Contract to which the Company or any of its Subsidiaries is a party, or by which any of them are bound, the ultimate contracting party of which is a Governmental Entity (including any subcontract with a prime contractor or other subcontractor who is a party to any such Contract).
Company Government Contract means a Contract between the Company or a Company Subsidiary and any Governmental Entity, any prime contractor of a Governmental Entity in its capacity as a prime contractor or any higher-tier subcontractor with respect to any such Contract.
Company Government Contract means any commercial Contract between the Company, on the one hand, and any Governmental Entity, on the other hand, and each outstanding Bid that, if accepted or awarded, would reasonably be expected to lead to a Contract between the Company, on the one hand, and any Governmental Entity, on the other hand.

Company Government Contract means (i) any contract, including an individual task order, delivery order, purchase order, basic ordering agreement, letter contract or blanket purchase agreement between the Company or any Company Subsidiary, on one hand, and any Governmental Authority, on the other hand, or (ii) any subcontract or other contract by which a Company or one of its Company Subsidiaries has agreed to provide goods or services through a prime contractor directly to a Governmental Authority that is expressly identified in such subcontract or other contract as the ultimate consumer of such goods or services. For purposes of this definition, a task, delivery or purchase order under a Company Government Contract shall not constitute a separate Company Government Contract, but shall be part of the Company Government Contract to which it relates.
Company Government Contract means any Contract for the sale of goods or services currently in performance that is by or between the Company or any Company Subsidiary, on the one hand, and any (i) Governmental Authority, (ii) prime contractor of a Governmental Authority in its capacity as a prime contractor or (iii) higher-tier subcontractor with respect to any Contract of a type described in clauses (i) or (ii) above, on the other hand. A task, purchase, delivery or work order under a Company Government Contract shall not constitute a separate Company Government Contract, for purposes of this definition, but will be considered part of the Company Government Contract to which it relates.
Company Government Contract means any Contract for the sale of goods or services for which the period of performance has not expired or terminated or for which final payment has not yet been received as of the date hereof that is by or between the Company or any Company Subsidiary, on the one hand, and any (i) Governmental Entity, (ii) prime contractor of a Governmental Entity in its capacity as a prime contractor or (iii) subcontractor with respect to any Contract of a type described in clauses (i) or (ii) above, on the other hand. A task, purchase, delivery or work order under a Company Government Contract shall not constitute a separate Company Government Contract, for purposes of this definition, but will be considered part of the Company Government Contract to which it relates.
Company Government Contract means any Contract currently in performance that is between the Company or any of its Subsidiaries on one hand and a Governmental Entity on the other or entered into by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries as a subcontractor (at any tier) in connection with a Contract between another Person and a Governmental Entity.
