Company Fee definition

Company Fee has the meaning set forth in Section 8.2(b).

Company Fee means the remuneration that Company charges Merchant for the services under this Agreement, as specified in Exhibit A.

Company Fee means the compensation per Ton for costs incurred by Company to prepare Recyclables for end markets, i.e., those actions necessary to render Recyclables acceptable to end markets and/or designated buyers.

Examples of Company Fee in a sentence

• The Management Company Fee, the amount of which will revert to the Management Company, is a maximum percentage that will be calculated upon each Valuation Day on the basis of the Net Assets of the relevant Class.

• The Management Company Fee, payable in twelve monthly payments, will be calculated on the last Net Asset Value of the month of each Portfolio.

• The Management Company will receive a Management Company Fee per Sub-Fund.

• The Management Company Fee, payable in twelve monthly payments, will be calculated on the basis of the last Net Asset Value of the month of each Sub-Fund.

• The Management Company Fee ranges between 0.04% to 0.10% per annum of the net assets of each Sub-fund with an annual minimum of EUR 20,000 per Sub-fund.

• The Management Company will receive a Management Company Fee per Portfolio of a maximum of 0,04% per annum with an annual minimum fee of EUR 30,000 per Portfolio.

• A fee for the Management Company (Management Company Fee) of up to 0.04% per annum, subject to a minimum amount of up to EUR 40’000 per annum (plus applicable taxes, if any) per Subfund; such fee is calculated on the average Net Asset Value of the relevant Class during a month and payable at the beginning of the next following month.

• The fees and costs of the Depositary for the above functions are met by the Management Company out of the Management Company Fee or out the Other Fees as mentioned in the Special Section.

• In consideration for all services provided by the Management Company, the Management Company is entitled to an annual Management Company Fee, payable out of the assets of each Sub-fund at a rate as specified for each Sub-fund and/or Class in the relevant Special Section.

• In addition to the Management Company Fee, the Management Company is entitled to an annual fee per Sub-fund of up to EUR 27,000 for the provision of risk management and investment compliance monitoring services.
