Company Equity Securities definition

Company Equity Securities means all shares of Company Capital Stock now or hereafter issued and all Options or Convertible Securities now or hereafter issued.
Company Equity Securities means, collectively, the Company Common Stock, the Company Options and the Restricted Stock.
Company Equity Securities means the Equity Securities of the Company.
