Company Effective Date means each date and time that the Company Registration Statement, any post-effective amendment or amendments thereto and any Rule 462(b) Company Registration Statement became or become effective.

Company Effective Date means the date of the Company Effective Time. Company Effective Date means each date that the Company Registration Statement and any post-effective amendment or amendments thereto became or become effective. "Preliminary Company Prospectus" shall mean any preliminary prospectus referred to in paragraph (a) of this Section 2 and any preliminary prospectus included in the Company Registration Statement at the Company Effective Date that omits Rule 430A Information.
