Company Designee definition

Company Designee has the meaning set forth in Section 5.16(b).
Company Designee means, collectively, each Person designated by the Company, including any Person acting as an intermediator of all or any portion of the Products or any third party.
Company Designee has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2(b) hereof.

Examples of Company Designee in a sentence

  • If any of the Company Designees shall be unable or unwilling to serve at the Closing, the Company shall promptly designate a replacement director who meets the requirements of a Company Designee and is reasonably acceptable to Parent and provide any relevant information about such designees as Parent may reasonably request for the purpose of including such information in filings with the SEC.

Company Designee has the meaning set forth in Section 7.12(a)(1).
