Company Claim definition

Company Claim means any Claim brought by or in the right of the Company or a Related Enterprise against Indemnitee.
Company Claim means all of the indebtedness, obligations and other liabilities of the Seller to any Originator arising under, or in connection with, the Receivables Contribution and Sale Agreement, including, but not limited to, obligations evidenced by any Subordinated Note, and any costs of collection or enforcement.

Company Claim means all of the indebtedness, obligations and other liabilities of the Receivables Seller to the Originator arising under, or in connection with, the Receivables Documents, including, but not limited to, obligations evidenced by any deferred purchase price note or other instrument, and all costs of collection or enforcement thereof.
