Company Branding definition

Company Branding means the branding, layout, Format, “look and feel” and style (including all copyright works and trade and service marks and names included therein) to be used in relation to the Content as at the date of each applicable Contract (further details of such branding may be set out in item 2 of the Content Schedule).
