Company Bonus Plan definition

Company Bonus Plan means any bonus, stock option, profit-sharing or other cash- or equity-based incentive plan offered by the Company.

Company Bonus Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 6.5(c).

Notwithstanding the foregoing, to the extent that a Potential Bonus Recipient’s Earned Bonus pursuant to a Company Bonus Plan is calculated in part based on achievement under the Company’s Enterprise Incentive Plan, such portion of any such Earned Bonus shall be paid, or be caused to be paid, by Buyer or one of its Affiliates on or before the EIP Payment Date to such Potential Bonus Recipients and in such amounts as directed by the Company to Buyer on the EIP Schedule.
