COMMUTE TRIP REDUCTION AND PARKING. 19.1 The Employer will continue to encourage but not require employees to use alternate means of transportation to commute to and from work consistent with the Commute Trip Reduction law and the needs of the college/district community. The Employer will continue to offer reimbursement for the cost of a monthly transit pass not to exceed the equivalent of fifty percent (50%) of the cost of a two zone monthly pass issued by a public transit agency that the employee uses to commute to work.
