Community Rules definition

Community Rules means written rules and regulations that govern the conduct of tenants for and at the Community.
Community Rules. The present Rules and Regulations continue to apply subject to the right of the Park Owner to replace them after proper submission to and review by the Massachusetts Attorney General’s office in accordance with State statutes and regulations. .

Community Rules means rules specifying guidelines and instructions as formulated from time to time by the Commission, which are to be complied with by the owners and occupiers of Condominium Parcels or premises situated within the Area of Authority of the Colombo Port City, with a view to ensuring the maintenance of harmony and the promotion of a cohesive living environment;

Community Rules means the rules, regulations and policies adopted and published by the Board of Directors, pursuant to Section 3.7, of the Declaration, as the same may be amended from time to time.
