Community punishment definition

Community punishment means the same as provided by A.R.S. §12-299(3), that is:
Community punishment means financial sanctions, probation, community punishment systems, nonresidential and residential intermediate sanctions, or any other community-based disposition under the jurisdiction of the South Carolina Department of Probation, Parole, and Pardon Services.
