Technical college means the same as that term is defined in Section 53B-1-101.5.

Nuclear medicine technologist means an individual who holds a current certification with the American Registry of Radiological Technologists or the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board.

Clinical nurse specialist means a registered nurse with relevant post-basic qualifications and 12 months’ experience working in the clinical area of his/her specified post-basic qualification, or a minimum of four years’ post-basic registration experience, including three years’ experience in the relevant specialist field and who satisfies the local criteria.
Clean coal technology demonstration project means a project using funds appropriated under the heading “Department of Energy—Clean Coal Technology,” up to a total amount of $2,500,000,000 for commercial demonstration of clean coal technology, or similar projects funded through appropriations for the Environmental Protection Agency. Pre-Licensed Therapist means an individual who has obtained a Master’s Degree in Social Work or Marriage and Family Therapy and is registered with the BBS as an Associate CSW or MFT Intern acquiring hours for licensing. An individual’s registration is subject to regulations adopted by the BBS.
