Community group home definition
Community group home means a family-oriented residence that is designed to provide residential services for 2 to 8 individuals with severe disabilities and does not provide skilled or intermediate nursing care. The term does not preclude the provision of skilled or intermediate nursing care by third- person providers. (Source: 52-4-202, MCA)
