Community design definition

Community design means a design in respect of which registration is applied for or which is registered pursuant to the Regulation on Community designs.
Community design means an unregistered design in accordance with the Council Regulation (EC) No 6/2002 on Community designs and a design registered by the Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market (Trademarks and Designs) functioning in the internal market of the European Community.
Community design means, in respect of a Chargor, each European Community registered Design which it has a legal or beneficial interest in or in respect of which it is the registered proprietor including those (if any) set out in Part 4A (Community Designs) of Schedule 1 (Intellectual Property) or in Schedule 1 (Intellectual Property) of any Security Accession Deed.
