Community Club definition

Community Club. – shall mean a group of two (2) or more self-organized Residents, Renters and/or Non-Resident Members with a common hobby or recreational, social, service and/or cultural interest that has applied for and received such designation from the District’s Board.
Community Club means an institution used for athletic, social, civic or recreational purposes operated by a nonprofit organization, membership to which is open to the general public on an equal basis.
Community Club means the structure or premises occupied by a club consisting of an association of individuals (not for profit) residing in a clearly defined area or district, having its principal objective the advancement of their community, social, civic or quasi-municipal interests.
