community body definition

community body means a community body within the meaning of section 34 of the Land Reform (Scotland) Act 2003 (as amended by section 37 of the Community Empowerment (Scotland) Act 2015) which is also regarded as a community body for the purposes of section 49(2)(h) of the Land Reform (Scotland) Act 2016;
