Community antenna television service definition

Community antenna television service means (A) the one-way transmission to subscribers of video programming or information by cable, fiber optics, satellite, microwave or any other means, and subscriber interaction, if any, which is required for the selection of such video programming or information, and (B) noncable communications service, as defined in section 16-1, unless such noncable communications service is purchased by a cable network as that term is used in subsection [(l)] (k) of section 12-218, as amended by this act.
