Communications Competitor definition

Communications Competitor means any Person (other than WIN or its Affiliates) that directly or indirectly is engaged in, manages, operates, has a 5% or greater equity interest in or participates with any third party in any business or entity that engages in the provision of Communication Services in the United States.
