Communications Business definition

Communications Business means the cable (including without limitation cable television), local access, wireline and wireless (whether fixed or mobile) communications systems and other businesses (including long distance, data and internet services) of the Borrower and the Subsidiaries (other than NMTC Subsidiaries) generally.
Communications Business means the businesses conducted by Krone International Holding Inc. and its subsidiaries through the principal operating groups known as AccessNET, PremisNET, Krone Optical, and Krone Service (but does not include Printing Developments, Inc., Con-X Corporation, and Vigilant Networks, LLC).
Communications Business has the meaning set forth in the Distribution Agreement.

Communications Business as defined in the recitals hereto.

Communications Business means, when unqualified, the NextLevel Systems Assets, NextLevel Systems Liabilities, and/or NextLevel Systems Business.
Communications Business means the business of any (i) division, Subsidiary or enterprise of the Communications Affiliated Group managed or operated as of the date of this Agreement or any prior or future time by any member of the Communications Affiliated Group, and (ii) entities acquired or established by or for the Communications Affiliated Group after the date of this Agreement.
