Communication Fee means such fee arising from the use of Party A’s network resources by Subscribers or the SP/CP; Communication Fee shall be collected by Party A from subscribers or the SP/CP.

Communication Fee means any fees arising from the imbalance of short messages (which is MO - MT). The Imbalance Communication Fee shall be charged to Party B by Party A.
