Common Voting Shares definition

Common Voting Shares means the common Equity Interests of the Borrower designated as Common Voting Shares. For the avoidance of doubt, Common Voting Shares do not include the Borrower’s Class A Common Shares.
Common Voting Shares means the common voting shares of the Company.
Common Voting Shares means the common voting shares in the capital of the Corporation.
