Common Unit Offering definition

Common Unit Offering has the meaning set forth in the recitals of this Agreement.
Common Unit Offering means a firm commitment underwriten public offering by Spectra MLP of Common Units registered under the Securities Act.
Common Unit Offering has the meaning specified in the recitals hereto.
