Common Stock Warrants definition

Common Stock Warrants means warrants to purchase Common Stock.
Common Stock Warrants means, collectively, the Common Stock purchase warrants delivered to the Purchasers at the Closing in accordance with Section 2.2(a) hereof, which Warrants shall be exercisable immediately and have a term of exercise equal to five years, in the form of Exhibit A attached hereto.
Common Stock Warrants means the warrants to be issued by the Company to Purchaser to purchase 300,000 shares of Common Stock, as evidenced by a Warrant Certificate, as the same may be amended from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof.

Common Stock Warrants means the warrant held by Intel Capital Corporation to purchase 2,000,000 shares of Company Common Stock and the warrant held by Gemini Investors IV, L.P. to purchase 1,800,000 shares of Company Common Stock.
