Common Roof Area definition

Common Roof Area means only the specified portion / area of the ultimate roof of the Building, as may be decided and demarcated by the Promoter at any time prior to handing over possession of the said Apartment Unit, along with the Lift Machine Room and the water tank thereon, which only shall form part of the Common Areas;

Common Roof Area means only the specified and demarcated portion / area of the ultimate roof of the Building, delineated in RED borders in the Roof Plan annexed hereto along with the Lift Machine Room and the water tank thereon, which only shall form part of the Common Areas;

Common Roof Area means the ultimate roofs of the Buildings, as may be decided and demarcated by the Owner/Developer at any time prior to handing over possession of the said apartment/unit.

Examples of Common Roof Area in a sentence

• The Common Roof Area shall be maintained by the Maintenance Agency and costs of the same shall form part of the Common Expenses.

• Antenna may be installed only on the portion of the Common Roof Area above the lift Machine Room, water tank and staircase.

• The Common Roof Area includes the areas of the staircase, lift Machine Room and water tank and shall be used for any common installations and facilities as may be necessary from time to time as also for fire refuge area on the roof, if required.

More Definitions of Common Roof Area

Common Roof Area means ;

Common Roof Area means the roof on the Floor along with the Lift Machine Room and the water tank thereon, which only shall form part of the Common Portions. No other portion be treated as common roof.

Common Roof Area means the demarcated portion of the ultimate roof over the residential portion of Block 2 (forming part of the Owner’s Allocation) measuring about 2500 square feet and the demarcated portion of the ultimate roof over Block 1 (forming part of the Developer’s Allocation) measuring about 11000 (eleven thousand) square feet in one or more parts as may be decided and demarcated by the Owner and the Developer respectively prior to handing over possession of flats and constructed spaces;

Common Roof Area means ultimate roof of each of the multi-storied buildings as may be decided and demarcated by the Promoter at any time prior to handing over possession of the said Apartment/ Unit which is one of the common amenities and facilities .

Common Roof Area means the ultimate roofs over the ultimate top floors of each of the Buildings along with the Lift Machine Room, as well asthe water tank, if any on such roof which shall form part of the Common Areas in the manner mentioned in Schedule C;
