Common Lot definition

Common Lot means the common portion created pursuant to the Co-Ownership Agreement currently designated as lot number I 165 610 of the Cadastre du Québec, Registration Division of Montréal.
Common Lot means the open land, as depicted on the Site Plan and Plat, which lot shall be owned by the Association, and on which will be constructed three individual sewage disposal systems, which shall be limited common elements appurtenant to and for the benefit of Lots 5, 6 and 7.

Examples of Common Lot in a sentence

  • The Tenant shall have the non-exclusive right during normal business hours, in common with all other tenants and occupants of the Project, to park cars belonging to its employees, servants, agents, contractors and invitees in those areas on the Common Lot designated by the Landlord from time to time as parking areas for the Leased Premises and shall not park nor permit its employees, servants, agents, contractors or invitees to park in any other areas whatsoever.

  • If there is no separate assessment for Taxes as herein provided and the Property (including its share of the Common Lot) is not fully assessed as a commercial or industrial property for determination of Taxes in any Year, then the Landlord shall adjust the Taxes to an amount that would have been determined if the Property (including its share of the Common Lot) were fully assessed as a commercial or industrial property.

  • The Tenant shall not park nor permit to be parked any vehicles (cars, trucks, trailers or otherwise) anywhere on the Common Lot at any time other than during normal business hours and in such areas so designated by the Landlord.

  • If re-parceling (as a result of the subdivision of the Common Lot) of the Common Lot has occurred, both parties shall be informed to ensure proper assessment of the Google Common Lot and the Seller Common Lot.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, nothing in this Section 4.2.1 shall limit or modify the parties’ rights and obligations with respect to the Subdivision Map for the Common Lot as set forth in Section 3.2.3 above.

  • If Buyer is charged after the Second Closing Date for any real property taxes and assessments attributed to the portion of the Common Lot that constitutes Seller Common Lot (including any improvements thereon), Buyer shall promptly provide Seller with such tax b▇▇▇ and Seller shall be obligated to pay such tax b▇▇▇ within thirty (30) days following receipt thereof.

  • That certain approximately 704,077 square foot common lot (the "Google Common Lot"), as depicted in Exhibit “A-3” attached hereto, which shall be subdivided from the Common Lot pursuant to Section 3.2.3.

  • Seller hereby agrees that it shall perform, at its sole cost and expense, all other Subdivision Conditions set forth in the Conditions of Approval that are required to be performed in order to secure the City's final approval of the Subdivision Map for the Common Lot and the recordation thereof in the Official Records.

  • It is a condition of this Covenant that the Common Lot Road be maintained in a standard similar to that of local access roads and that all work be conducted in a good and workmanlike manner and that the cost of maintenance (including snow removal), upkeep, repair and replacement of the Common Lot Road will be allocated amongst the owners of the Lots in proportion with their ownership of the Common Lot Road.

  • Seller hereby discloses to Buyer that the Property, the Common Lot and the Seller’s adjacent property, including the buildings and improvements related thereto, may not be in conformance with certain applicable parking requirements contained in the M▇▇▇▇▇▇ Park Specific Plan and the City of Sunnyvale Municipal Code.
