Common Law Marriage means a union of two individuals not married to each other, who have lived together in a conjugal relationship for a period of not less than one year;

Common Law Marriage means a personal relationship arising out of tribal customs and traditions or from common laws of a tribe, state or nation wherein the union was entered with the intent of being married.
