Common Information definition

Common Information means that Information that is related to, but not dedicated to, the SpinCo Assets, the SpinCo Liabilities, the SpinCo Business or the Transferred Entities.
Common Information shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.8(f).
Common Information has the meaning set forth in Section 11.1.1(a).

Examples of Common Information in a sentence

  • Such information and Bank’s Common Information shall be referred to collectively as “Bank Cardholder Information”.

  • The names of those who were both Customers and Cardholders would be Common Information.

  • However, the names of non-Cardholder Customers would not be Common Information, and thus would be subject to the limitations set forth in subsection (b).

  • When either party to this Agreement is in possession of such Common Information, or such Common Information is transmitted by either party, electronically or otherwise, the party, either possessing or transmitting, is obligated to maintaining the security and confidentiality of such Common Information as set forth in this Agreement.

  • WS-Management has some overlapping area with the MUWS part of and there is also a mapping of the DMTF Common Information Model into WS-Management.

  • BlueVoyant will design the data structure & schema to following the Splunk Common Information Model (“CIM”).

Related to Common Information

  • Corporation Information means all data, documents, materials and information

  • Business Information means all information and records (in whatever form held and whether commercial, financial, technical or otherwise) relating to the Company or the business or activities or affairs of the Company, which can be reasonably considered to be confidential to the Company.

  • Location information means information concerning the location of an electronic device that, in whole or in part, is generated or derived from or obtained by the operation of an electronic device on a cellular telephone network or a location information service rather than obtained from a service provider.

  • Fund Confidential Information means Confidential Information for which the Fund is the Disclosing Party.

  • Transaction Information means any information provided to any Rating Agency, in each case, to the extent related to such Rating Agency providing or proposing to provide a rating of any Notes or monitoring such rating including, without limitation, information in connection with the Borrower, the Originator, the Servicer or the Receivables.
