Common Film Issue definition

Common Film Issue means: Did the Settling Defendants conspire to fix, raise, maintain or stabilize the price of, or allocate markets and customers of, Film Capacitors directly or indirectly in Canada during the Film Class Period? If so, what damages, if any, did Settlement Class Members suffer?
