Commodity Hedge Agreement definition

Commodity Hedge Agreement means any crude oil, natural gas, or other hydrocarbon floor, collar, cap, price protection, or swap agreement, in form and substance with a Person acceptable to the Lender.
Commodity Hedge Agreement means any agreement (including each confirmation entered into pursuant to any master agreement) providing for any swap, cap, collar, put, call, floor, future, option, spot, forward, power purchase and sale agreement (including heat rate options), tolling agreement, fuel purchase and sale agreement, emissions credit purchase or sale agreement, power transmission agreement, fuel transportation agreement, fuel storage agreement, energy management agreement, netting agreement or similar agreement entered into in respect of any commodity, whether physical or financial, and any agreement (including any guarantee, credit sleeve or similar arrangement) providing for credit support for the foregoing.
Commodity Hedge Agreement means any option, hedge or other similar agreement or arrangement designed to protect against fluctuations in commodity or materials prices.

Commodity Hedge Agreement means any commodity swap agreement, forward commodity purchase agreement, forward commodity option agreement or similar agreement or arrangement.
Commodity Hedge Agreement means any agreement, device or arrangement entered into by one Person with another Person providing for payments which are related to fluctuations in the price of petroleum (or any fraction thereof), natural gas, or natural gas liquids (including, but not limited to, swaps, caps, collars, options, puts, calls, futures and forward contracts).

Commodity Hedge Agreement means (a) any swap, cap, collar, floor, future, option, spot, forward or derivative, in respect of one or more commodities, any physical or financial commodity contract or agreement, power purchase agreement, power sale agreement, electric power generation capacity purchase and sale agreement, Emissions Credit purchase and sale agreement, fuel purchase agreement, fuel sale agreement, power transmission agreement, regional transmission organization agreement, fuel or other commodity transportation agreement, fuel storage agreement, netting agreement, capacity agreement or similar agreement (including each confirmation entered into pursuant to any master agreement, in each case, entered into for non-speculative purposes providing for any of the foregoing), (b) any combination of these transactions and (c) any other commodity hedge agreement entered into for non-speculative purposes by the Borrower or its Subsidiaries, in each case with respect to, or involving, the purchase, sale, exchange, transmission, distribution or hedge of any commodity, price or price indices for any such commodity or services or any other similar derivative agreements, entered into in order to manage fluctuations in the price or availability to the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries of any commodity including, without limitation, Emissions Credits and energy attributes. For purposes of this definition “commodity” means any tangible or intangible energy-related commodity of any type or description, including, without limitation, energy, electric power, electric power capacity, generation capacity, power, heat rate, congestion, diesel fuel, fuel oil, other petroleum-based liquids, coal, urea, financial transmission rights, Emissions Credits, natural gas, nuclear fuel and waste products or by-products thereof.
