MSA has been appointed investment adviser to the Commodities Return Strategy Portfolio (the “Portfolio”) of Northwestern Mutual Series Fund, Inc.
Nil Return has the meaning given to it in paragraph 3.3 of Framework Schedule 9 (Management Information);
Commodities means the Commodities , raw materials, machines, equipments and/or other materials that should be provided by the Supplier to the Buyer under the Contract.
Total Return means the annual compounded rate of return for an investment fund for a period that would equate the initial value to the redeemable value at the end of the period, expressed as a percentage, and determined by applying the following formula:
Commodities Accounts (i) shall mean all “commodity accounts” as defined in Article 9 of the UCC and (ii) shall include, without limitation, all of the accounts listed on Schedule 4.4 under the heading “Commodities Accounts” (as such schedule may be amended or supplemented from time to time).
Commodity means any material, article, supplies, goods, or equipment; “Foreign government” includes any foreign government entity;
