Committed Orders definition

Committed Orders means (i) manufacturing commitments of the JV Companies existing at the time of a requested Capital Call made pursuant to Section 4.5(a), whether they be in the form of purchase order acknowledgements, supply agreement commitments or otherwise and (ii) future manufacturing requests (such as purchase orders) from customers of the JV Companies existing at the time of a requested Capital Call made pursuant to Section 4.5(a), for Products that such customers have previously received from the JV Companies, provided fulfillment of such manufacturing requests would result in a positive contribution margin to the JV Companies. Related to Committed Orders

  • Submitted Order has the meaning specified in Section 11.10(d)(i) below.

  • Bunched Orders means a single Order placed by an Account Manager for two or more of its Accounts on the SEF operated by BSEF pursuant to Rule 528.

  • Committed Revolving Line means a credit extension of up to Two Million Dollars ($2,000,000).

  • Submitted Hold Order has the meaning specified in Section 11.10(d)(i) below.

  • Committed dose equivalent (HT,50) means the dose equivalent to organs or tissues of reference (T) that will be received from an intake of radioactive material by an individual during the 50-year period following the intake.
