Commitment Reduction Dates definition

Commitment Reduction Dates means the Quarterly Dates falling on or nearest to March 31, June 30, September 30 and December 31 of each year, commencing with March 31, 2001, through and including March 31, 2003.

Commitment Reduction Dates means each date set forth on Schedule 2.01 upon which any reduction in Commitments is scheduled to occur, including the Maturity Date.

Commitment Reduction Dates means, if any Additional Notes are issued, the various maturity dates of the Notes, other than the Commitment Termination Date.
